Role Overview
We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Executive Vice President (EVP). In this high-impact leadership role, you will be responsible for the strategic direction and operational excellence of our global initiatives while serving as the founding executive lead for our new U.S. subsidiary, Fractionera. Based in Cheyenne, Wyoming, you will play a vital role in building the local organization from the ground up, spearheading market entry strategies, and providing the leadership necessary to drive long-term growth and sustainability in the U.S. market.
Core Responsibilities
Subsidiary Launch & Strategy: Direct the establishment of Fractionera’s operations in the U.S., defining the company’s strategic goals, business model, and path to market leadership in the fractional real estate space.
Operational Oversight: Oversee all U.S. business functions, including business development, marketing, and operations, ensuring they align with Witpark Homes’ global standards of excellence.
Strategic Partnerships: Identify and cultivate high-level relationships with U.S. real estate partners, technology providers, and institutional investors to fuel Fractionera’s growth.
Corporate Governance: Ensure the U.S. entity maintains the highest standards of transparency and compliance with local regulations, while reporting directly to the global executive board.
Market Expansion: Drive the acquisition and onboarding of U.S. residential assets into the fractionalization platform, optimizing the portfolio for North American investors.
Cross-Border Integration: Synchronize operations and resource allocation between our global headquarters and the U.S. entity to maintain brand cohesion and organizational synergy.
Qualifications
Senior Leadership Experience: 15 years of progressive leadership experience in Real Estate Development, PropTech, or Financial Services, with at least 10 years in a C-suite or Executive Vice President capacity.
U.S. Market Proficiency: Deep expertise in the U.S. real estate market and corporate landscape; proven track record of scaling a startup or launching a regional subsidiary successfully.
Strategic Vision: Exceptional ability to transform complex market trends into actionable business strategies and revenue-generating opportunities.
Technical Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of real estate investment structures and a working knowledge of how digital assets/blockchain are transforming property ownership.
Exceptional Communication: Capable of representing Witpark Homes and Fractionera professionally to high-net-worth investors, regulatory authorities, and global partners.
Educational Credentials: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or Finance; an MBA or equivalent executive education is strongly preferred.
