The right candidate will be dynamic, smart and outgoing, with a proactive, can-do attitude. This person will report to the Marketing Director, while also collaborating closely with the office Partner-in-Charge.
Job Description: This entry-level position is ideal for recent college graduates who are eager to start their career in marketing. Internships and relevant coursework are a plus, but not required. The Marketing Associate will support various marketing initiatives and contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns across various industries, taking direction from sector Marketing professionals.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials such as brochures and presentations.
- Support the planning and execution of events, conferences and promotional activities.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content for social media, blogs, and newsletters.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using CRM and other analytics tools.
- Provide support to the marketing team for industry sector and firm event needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Previous internships or relevant coursework in marketing are a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
