• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in written and oral communication skills.
• Customer Service experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer incoming calls in a prompt, courteous and efficient manner ensuring that calls are properly completed.
- Resolve billing questions and/or complaints.
- Process customer payments.
- Data entry relating to customer files, i.e., address changes, service requests, Capital Credits, and all other associated data entry requests.
Requirements

• Proficiency in written and oral communication skills.
