As the Group Home Administrator, you will oversee the daily operations and activities of a group home, including supervising all programs and activities within the home and working closely with other members of the team to ensure everyone is compliant with state and federal regulations. You will also handle payables and receivables for the home, employee payroll and management, and staff scheduling. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrable experience in management, and a familiarity with federal and state regulations when it comes to group homes and social services.ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations of the group homeWork closely with other team members to ensure all needs are being metMaintain compliance with all state and federal regulations and guidelinesHandle accounts payable and receivable, as well as staff payrollHandle scheduling, basic HR, and interviewing, as neededQualificationsDemonstrated experience with management desiredStrong familiarity with regulations on group homes desiredExperience with payroll, accounts payable and receivable, and backend office management desiredStrong time management and organizational skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsWork remote temporarily due to COVID-19.

Salary : $18 - $26
