We are building a truly collaborative, trauma-informed space where practitioners work as a team not in isolation to support clients holistically.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with Full Practice Authority (FPA) in Illinois to join our team as an independent contractor. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a flexible, heart-centered, integrative setting and is open to building something long-term within a supportive community.
Responsibilities:
- Provide integrative family wellness services in alignment with holistic values
- Perform school and sports physicals
- Offer supportive care for a wide range of client needs
- Collaborate with chiropractors, massage therapists, estheticians, therapist and more
- Engage in team-based care and natural referral networks
- Use Jane.app for scheduling, documentation, and charting (training provided if needed)
Qualifications:
- Licensed Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) in Illinois
- Full Practice Authority (FPA) Required – applicants without FPA will not be considered at this time
- National Board Certification (FNP-C or FNP-BC)
- Interest or experience in integrative, holistic, or functional medicine
- Trauma-informed care awareness or training
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Comfortable working independently without front desk or nursing staff
- Willingness to grow with the practice over time, this may begin with a slower ramp-up period

We are not currently able to provide a collaborating physician. Please apply only if you already have Full Practice Authority or have completed the 4,000 clinical hours 250 CE hours and are in the final stages of application.
