- Prepare applications and manage entitlement processes through approvals, including zoning changes, general plan map amendments, text amendments, site plan and design reviews, conditional use permits, variances, plats and more for clients in the industrial, commercial, mixed-use, infill, multifamily, and single-family sectors.
- Conduct due diligence reviews and prepare memorandums on sites to determine feasibility and entitlement strategy across multiple jurisdictions.
- Create plan and strategy for neighborhood, political, and jurisdiction outreach from pre- entitlement through development, including highly visible and contentious projects.
- Prepare presentations and exhibits for community meetings and hearings to support attorneys.
Salary : $70,000 - $100,000
