Expectations
- Must be willing to have fun and enjoy life
- Maintain a work level to achieve 100% of monthly & quarterly goals
- Work hours Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, Occasional evenings and weekends for special events/promotions
- Collect payments from clients in a timely manner
- Develop new business while building relationships with existing clients
- Maintain weekly activity up to standards of performance
- Attend all regularly scheduled meetings
- Complete all paperwork and reports in a timely manner
Qualifications
- Sales experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to handle deadlines and critical decisions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Efficient time management skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Great listening skills
- Ability to understand and implement concepts quickly
- Clean and professional appearance
- Ability to handle any client conflicts
- Reliable transportation
Training
