Position Summary: The Client Support Associate at Witherite Law Group plays a vital role in managing client flow and ensuring smooth case processing from start to finish. Client Support ensures the timely submission of cases, supports team members in their absence, and actively engages in ongoing training and professional development. - Coordinate client flow and assists in preliminary data entry and document collection
- Onboard and maintain client accounts, including collecting client information and required documentation, capturing and assessing risk
- Ensure the timely processing of case submissions
- Support other team members and take calls when other team members are unavailable
- Actively engage in available training and education programs - including firm strategic priorities, professional development and staying current on policies, procedures and new platforms.
- Ability to have excellent time management, multi-tasking, and critical thinking abilities.
- Must keep all client information confidential
- High school diploma required; college preferred
- Exceptional writing, interpersonal and client service skills
- Bilingual preferred
- Detail oriented with superior organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Team player with the ability to collaborate with others
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Excellent organizational skills with outstanding attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, Adobe and the ability to quickly learn case management software – Filevine.
- Auto Insurance experience (claims, underwriting or customer service) preferred

- Office environment with normal business hours necessary to satisfactorily perform job functions.
- Stationary Position – Must be able to remain in a stationary position up to 50% of the time.
- Move or Traverse – This position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, meeting rooms, office machinery, etc. May occasionally ascends/descends the stairs to get to other floors, cafeteria and parking area.
- Dexterity – constantly operates a computer and other office machinery such as a copy machine/printer.
- Move, Transport, Position, Put, Install, Remove - Occasionally moves supplies weighing up to 10 pounds for various presentation and event needs.
