Clinical Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive inpatient medical care to adult patients
- Manage admissions, daily rounding (med surg and CCU), and discharges
- ICU procedures and medical management with pulmonology/critical care physician support
- Coordinate care with specialists, nursing, and care management teams
- Support high-quality, patient-centered care and throughput initiatives

Qualifications
- MD or DO; Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Eligible for or licensed to practice in Indiana
- Prior hospitalist experience required; leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
