What You’ll Do
- Lead all EMS operations, including Boone County EMS, Witham Medical Transport, and Mobile Integrated Health
- Ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance across all service lines
- Drive a culture of safety, clinical excellence, and accountability
- Oversee staffing, workforce development, and leadership pipeline growth
- Manage financial performance, budgeting, and operational efficiency
- Partner closely with the EMS Medical Director to ensure high-quality clinical care
- Strengthen relationships with community partners, public safety agencies, and healthcare stakeholders
- Lead strategic initiatives, including service expansion, innovation, and process improvement
- Maintain and oversee the organization’s Emergency Operations Plan and readiness efforts
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a confident, forward-thinking leader who thrives in a high-demand, mission-critical environment and is passionate about advancing EMS delivery.
Required Qualifications:
- Associate degree required; Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred
- Licensed Paramedic in the State of Indiana
- Minimum of 2 years of field experience as a Paramedic
- Demonstrated leadership experience in EMS or related healthcare setting
