Nurse Practitioner
Minimum Education/License/Certification Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing program with an advanced degree (master's or doctorate) degree from an accredited nursing program.
- Must hold an unrestricted license to practice Nursing in the State of Indiana.
- Must be nationally certified in Advanced Practice Specialty with recent clinically related experience in specialty.
