The medical-surgical floor at Witham Hospital is a 26-bed unit with telemetry dedicated to providing exceptional care for a wide range of medical & surgical patients, including specialized treatment for aging populations with chronic health conditions, post-operative adult & pediatric patients. Our unit treats post-operative surgery patients as well as a wide scope of inpatient diagnoses including cardiac, respiratory, GI, urology, diabetes, cerebrovascular accidents, wound, & occasionally hospice care. Our team primarily consists of skilled RNs, LPNs, & 1-2 PCTs per shift, ensuring comprehensive support.
