Position Details:
- Schedule: Full-Time, Year-Round
- Shifts: Daytime hours; vary and include weekends and holidays
- Location: Atlantic Oceanside Hotel and Event Center
- Pay: Competitive hourly wage based on experience

Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel standards
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish towels and amenities
- Clean bathrooms, floors, and surfaces thoroughly
- Inspect cleaned rooms to ensure they meet company cleanliness and presentation standards
- Identify and correct any deficiencies prior to guest arrival
- Report maintenance issues or damaged items promptly
- Maintain cleanliness of hallways, storage areas, and housekeeping spaces
- Ensure housekeeping carts and supplies are stocked and organized
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and cleaning protocols
- Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to meet daily room quotas and quality expectations
Skills & Requirements:
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify cleanliness and presentation issues
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, and walking for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
Performance Measurement:
Success will be measured by quality of room cleanliness, consistency of inspection standards, efficiency, teamwork, and overall guest satisfaction.
