- Load and unload luggage from vehicles and baggage carts
- Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently
- Operate hotel passenger vans (up to 12 passengers) in compliance with traffic laws
- Assist guests entering and exiting vehicles and with their belongings
- Maintain clean and welcoming lobby and entrance areas
- Set up and stock the lobby fireplace area, coffee room, and guest activity stations
- Deliver special guest requests to rooms promptly
- Provide guests with information about the hotel, local attractions, restaurants, and points of interest
- Communicate effectively with front desk staff and concierges regarding guest needs
- Keep parking areas clean, organized, and orderly
- Clean and maintain vehicle interiors and exteriors
- Perform routine vehicle checks and report maintenance needs or incidents
- Record vehicle routes and follow written and verbal directions
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver’s license and ability to safely operate passenger vehicles
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to read maps and follow directions
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
