What You'll Earn
- $26.00-$28.00 per hour depending on experience
- Overtime paid at time-and-a-half
- $2,500 referral bonuses
- Profit sharing up to 3%
- 401(k) with 100% employer match on the first 6% of contributions, fully vested on day one

- Keep production moving by pulling lumber from lines
- Stack, package, and prepare finished product for shipment
- Apply barcodes and perform detail-oriented tasks
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- This is hands-on, physical work in a fast-paced industrial setting where your effort directly drives production and keeps the mill running.

- Lift up to 60 lbs. and stand for up to 10 hours
- Work safely around moving mechanical equipment
- Comfortable in loud conditions with airborne sawdust
