This full-time, on-site role is vital to maintaining the financial health and accuracy of our business operations. At With Pride, we take pride in our work, our people, and the opportunities we create for long-term career growth.Learn more about us at withpridehvac.netKey ResponsibilitiesAccurately process vendor invoices and match with purchase orders or delivery slips.Review invoices for proper documentation and approval prior to payment.Code invoices to appropriate general ledger accounts.Prepare and process check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers in a timely manner.Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies promptly.Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions.Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain strong professional relationships.Assist with month-end closing and reporting related to AP functions.Collaborate with team members and other departments as needed to ensure payment accuracy and efficiency.QualificationsMinimum 5 years of accounts payable experience, preferably in a construction, service, or HVAC-related environment.High School Diploma or GED required.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel and QuickbooksExcellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.No licenses or certifications required.BenefitsWeekly Pay CyclePaid Time Off Paid Parental LeaveMedical, Dental & Vision InsurancePaid TrainingTeam-Oriented Company CultureCompany EventsScheduleFull-Time Monday to Friday(On-site position)LocationOffice-based must be able to report in person daily.Equal Employment OpportunityWe are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
