Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and possibly commercial spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas, ensuring high standards of sanitation and presentation
- Execute specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, floor care, laundry, and upholstery refreshment to meet client expectations
- Maintain impeccable sanitation practices by disinfecting surfaces, sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens, and managing waste disposal efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs, addressing concerns promptly, and ensuring satisfaction with each visit
- Manage janitorial responsibilities including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and organizing to keep homes consistently tidy and welcoming
Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or janitorial roles; hotel housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience is highly valued
- Skilled in various cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care (hardwood, tile), and sanitation procedures
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment safely
- Knowledge of laundry processes and household maintenance routines is a plus
- Previous experience in custodial work or hotel housekeeping management is advantageous but not mandatory
- Enthusiastic about maintaining high standards of cleanliness while delivering friendly service
