Job Description
- Complete cleaning of kitchens, including countertops, cabinets, sinks, appliances, and floors
- Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, including toilets, tubs/showers, vanities, mirrors, and floors
- Dusting and wiping doors, trim, baseboards, windowsills, and accessible surfaces
- Cleaning interior doors and commonly touched surfaces
- Vacuuming carpeted areas
- Sweeping and mopping hard-surface flooring
- Removing visible cobwebs
- Cleaning closets and storage areas
- Removal of light surface dirt, dust, and buildup
- Final inspection of cleaned areas to ensure the unit is ready for turnover
Qualifications
- Highly responsible & reliable.
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation.
- Clear knowledge of cleaning supplies and chemicals.
- Ability to understand verbal and written instructions.
- Good written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude.
- Ability to effectively work independently and as a member of a team.
- Physically able to reach, stretch, bend, and walk during the daily routine, with the ability to stand for long lengths of time; physically able to push vacuum cleaner for extended periods; ability to lift 25 to 30 pounds.
- Ability to adapt to changing schedules or routines, good time management skills.
- Must pass a background check.
