Position Pay: Per Property (Average Earnings Equivalent to $15-$20/hour)

Job Description
- Responsible for all basic cleaning in office buildings.
- Clean restrooms, including emptying trash, clean and sanitize fixtures, clean mirrors, sweep and mop tile floors, clean and sanitize toilets, urinals, showers, and tubs.
- Organize, stock, and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Carefully handle and operate all cleaning machinery according to the machinery protocol.
- Receive and handle special requests for clients as required appropriately.
- Vacuum all carpets and upholstery.
- Handle all furniture and appliances with care.
- Dust all furniture, fixtures, and objects that require dusting.
- Comply with all safety policies and procedures that are related to carrying out cleaning tasks.
- Identify and report all safety equipment maintenance issues to the supervisor or management.
Qualifications
- Highly responsible & reliable.
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation.
- Clear knowledge of cleaning supplies and chemicals.
- Ability to understand verbal and written instructions.
- Good written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude.
- Ability to effectively work independently and as a member of a team.
- Physically able to reach, stretch, bend, and walk during the daily routine, with the ability to stand for long lengths of time; physically able to push vacuum cleaner for extended periods; ability to lift 25 to 30 pounds.
- Ability to adapt to changing schedules or routines, good time management skills.
- Must pass a background check.
