Front of House Manager

Witch's Hat Brewing Company is currently looking for a Front of House Manager.

He Our food is all SCRATCH, or beer is proudly CRAFTED in house and our business is FAMILY OWNED. Our team has hustled hard in these uncertain times. Responsibilities-

• Lead our amazing crew, give them all of the tools they need to be successful at doing what they do best- connect with and take care of our crew and customers.
• Motivate the good people we have hired to to their best.
• Reward and acknowledge the crew for doing well.
• Help create a fun, focused atmosphere, where the employees and the guests are happy and feel respected and safe.
• Work with the kitchen crew to ensure fast and high quality food service, and manage POS stock during shifts.
• Create and Manage the schedule for the front of the house - servers, shift leads and hosts.
• Hire- advertise open positions, keep detailed records on interviews
• You would be responsible for making sure our team is providing excellent service to the best customers around!
• Touch those tables, check in with our guests, catch issues and problems before its too late.
• Manage the host stand during our busiest peak hours, and train our hosts to run the station when you are not on shift.
• Make sure The Hat stays super clean and presentable, upholding current SOPs and creating new ones as needed.
• Manage and maintain daily, weekly and monthly cleaning schedule
• Lead and manage the team through our busiest hours
• Manage and build our amazing Mug Club.
• Complete all FOH Inventory and ordering for FOH
• Record, follow and grow sales
• Help to plan and execute events
• Hold the team accountable for their performance; provide coaching and counseling as needed.
• Ensure product quality, restaurant cleanliness, maintenance and security standards are met.
• Keep a vigilant eye on over-serving, as Witch’s Hat is a huge advocate of responsible serving.
• Ensure proper cash handling and deposit procedures are followed.

Qualifications

· 2 years management experience or 5 years of restaurant experience

· Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and co-workers

· Possess a positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture

· Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer-focused restaurant

· Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
