What You’ll Do
- Design, build, and deploy Mulesoft integrations and APIs that link key enterprise systems and applications.
- Collaborate with teams across technology and business units to define integration strategies and deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Develop, test, and maintain software that supports databases, cloud environments, and operational systems.
- Perform code reviews to uphold quality, security, and maintainability standards, while promoting shared learning across the team.
- Analyze existing systems, identify areas for improvement, and deliver modernized, efficient solutions.
- Contribute to the full software development lifecycle, from concept and requirements gathering to deployment and ongoing support.
- Write technical documentation and specifications to support clear communication and maintain project continuity.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
- At least three years of software engineering experience using languages such as Java, C#, or similar.
- Strong background in API development, integration patterns, and microservices architecture.
- Proven ability to design, build, and deploy Mulesoft-based solutions in enterprise environments.
- Experience with testing methodologies including unit, integration, and performance testing.
- Solid understanding of database design, query optimization, and data modeling.
- Demonstrated success in leading complex, cross-functional projects from concept to delivery.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on mentorship and teamwork.
- Familiarity with Agile or Lean development practices and an iterative approach to problem solving.
