What You'll Do
Employee Lifecycle Administration
- Support employees and managers throughout the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding through offboarding.
- Process employee transactions within HR systems, including new hires, promotions, transfers, compensation changes, contract updates, and terminations.
- Ensure employee records and system data remain accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Coordinate and execute onboarding activities that help create a positive and engaging first-day experience.
- Manage and process HR transactions within Workday and related systems.
- Create, route, and monitor job requisitions while partnering with Talent Acquisition teams as needed.
- Maintain employment agreements and ensure accurate entry of employment-related information into company systems.
- Provide support for system testing, process improvements, and operational projects.
- Understand the downstream impact of HR transactions and ensure data integrity across integrated systems.
- Serve as a first point of contact for employee inquiries, delivering timely, accurate, and customer-focused support.
- Provide guidance on common HR policies, procedures, and processes.
- Escalate complex matters appropriately while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Help create a positive employee experience through responsive and solutions-oriented support.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of employment verification and onboarding compliance requirements, including I-9 processing.
- Assist with unemployment claims administration and supporting documentation.
- Support internal audits, compliance initiatives, and HR governance activities.
- Research, gather, and provide documentation required for compliance reviews and audits.
- Maintain secure and organized electronic employee files and records.
- Generate, analyze, and manipulate HR reports to support business needs and decision-making.
- Assist with data validation, reporting requests, and operational metrics.
- Document procedures and contribute to process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support additional People Operations projects and special assignments as business needs evolve.
- 5–7 years of experience in Human Resources, People Operations, HR Administration, or a related function.
- Hands-on experience supporting employee lifecycle processes in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with HRIS platforms, preferably Workday.
- Strong understanding of HR operations, employee records management, and compliance-related processes.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
