Position Summary
Oversee and track daily production status, follow up on DOE / VB / QB / Control Run boards, and work with cross-functional teams to push progress and results.
Key Responsabilities
- Coordinates, organizes, and tracks DOE / VB / QB / Control Run boards in PD and/or FAE
- Consistently provides status report back to MPM engineers
- Monitors status of daily production and escalates issues, if any
- Supports customer visits, handles incoming requests, prepares items required

- Education: High School diploma

Technical Skills:
- Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Knowledge of PCBA processes and SMT manufacturing preferred

- Effective communication and leadership skills to drive quality initiatives
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Confident in handling escalations professionally
- Comfortable in working with cross-functional teams
