Wissler Motors is looking for a highly motivated and customer-service oriented individual to join our automotive team as a Service Advisor.
While automotive experience is a plus, it is NOT required! We provide training for all our employees.
As a Service Advisor, you are the first point of contact for all customers bringing their vehicle in for service. It is your responsibility to greet the customer, listen to their needs, and take them through the repair process in a smooth, professional manor. You are also the main point of contact between customers and our service technicians.

Service Advisor Responsibilities:
- Greet customers promptly.
- Obtain customer and vehicle information.
- Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer.
- Determine and recommend maintenance based on age, mileage and history of vehicle.
- Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts.
- Establish follow up time.
- Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and update customers frequently.
- Verify the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the Repair Order.
- Explain all completed work and charges to customers.
Requirements:
- Ability to listen and follow instructions.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and dealership personnel.
- Professional appearance, strong communications skills, and a high level of energy.
- Ability to work Saturday
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- A GOOD ATTITUDE is a Must. Will train with the right attitude.

- Saturday 8-1
