Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Auto Body Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring vehicles to their original condition using advanced auto body repair techniques. Your expertise will ensure our customers receive high-quality service while maintaining safety and efficiency standards. The ideal technician will be an experienced "Combo-Tech" capable of tearing down and rebuilding vehicles involved in a collision.
Responsibilities
- Perform auto body repairs including dent removal, sheet metal work, and structural repairs using welding, fabrication, and soldering techniques
- Conduct auto painting, sanding, automotive cosmetic repairs, and auto refinishing to achieve a flawless finish
- Apply fabrication repair techniques for custom modifications or restorations, including working with sheet metal and fabricating parts as needed
- Must be able to work both efficiently and accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols during heavy lifting, sanding, welding, and painting processes
Requirements
- Must have a positive attitude
- Must have a minimum of 5 years experience doing collision repairs
- Strong knowledge of auto body repair processes including auto restoration, structural repairs, dent removal, and cosmetic finishing
- Proficiency with MIG welding, soldering, fabrication techniques, and automotive welding equipment
- I-CAR, ASE, or other industry certifications a plus
- Must be able to perform each essential duty listed above satisfactorily
- Ability to read Repair Orders and follow estimates
- Take pride in completing quality workmanship
- Must have a valid driver's license

Pay: $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
