Job Summary
We are looking for a Production Manager to lead daily operations in a large-format printing and fabrication environment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and experience managing production teams, schedules, and quality control in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate daily production activities, including printing, finishing, and fabrication.
- Create and adjust production schedules to meet deadlines and project priorities.
- Supervise production staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
- Work closely with design and fabrication teams to ensure project goals are met.
- Maintain equipment, inventory, and safety compliance.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in production management within printing, signage, or fabrication industries.
- Knowledge of large-format printing materials, equipment, and finishing processes.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday
