Maintenance Lead Technician – Night Shift

Location: Lebanon, IN
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 11:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m. | Full-time

Position Summary:
The Maintenance Lead Technician will oversee night shift maintenance operations, direct a small team, assign work tasks, troubleshoot equipment issues, support use of a CMMS system, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, assign and coordinate maintenance work assignments.
• Provide guidance to mechanics and maintenance personnel.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems, including PLC-based equipment.
• Perform and support maintenance repairs, PM work, and breakdown responses.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance reports.
• Manage contractors and plant activities during scheduled down-time.
• Ensure compliance with safety and GMP procedures.

Qualifications:

• Industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience required.
• Strong experience with mechanical tools, welding, grinding, cutting, and electrical work.
• Experience with PLC diagnostics and calibration a plus.
• Ability to understand mechanical measurements and perform basic calculations.
• Previous team lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Strong troubleshooting, decision-making, and organizational skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $1/hr shift differential for overnight shift.

Pay: $26.83 - $40.32 per hour
