Gluer Machine Setup Operator
Location: Simpsonville, KY
Shifts: Day and Night shifts available

Role Summary:
Set up, operate, and maintain automatic gluing machines for folding carton production. Train and guide crew members, ensure quality standards, and maintain smooth production flow.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate gluing machines at maximum efficiency
• Inspect glued cartons for quality and ensure specifications are met
• Maintain a constant supply of raw materials and tools
• Lubricate equipment, perform minor repairs, and report downtime
• Train less-experienced employees and serve as backup when needed
• Follow all safety rules and company procedures

Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to operate hand jacks and pallet jacks
• English communication skills
• Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and reach during shift

Preferred:

• 1–3 years’ experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.81 - $31.47 per hour
