Wissahickon School District is seeking an Assistant Business Director with strong accounting experience to help lead and manage the financial operations of our district. This is a full-time, 12-month position. The district serves 5,000 students in the Ambler/Blue Bell area and is recognized as one of the premier school districts in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
As the Assistant Business Director you will play a key role in overseeing the district’s financial systems, supervising business office staff in the payroll, AR, & AP functions, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. You’ll work closely with the Business Director and other district leaders to support our mission of educational excellence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
- Experience in school financial accounting
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
