QUALIFICATIONS
- Valid driver's license with a safe driving record
- Ability to be added to the company auto insurance policy
- Commitment to a regular, predictable 40-hour work week

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN INTERNET FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN
This is a full-time position, working Tuesday through Saturday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with flexibility based on department needs.
As an Internet Field Service Technician at Wisper ISP, you will play a key role in delivering reliable internet service to our customers. Your day will consist of traveling to various customer locations to perform installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting of wireless internet equipment. You will assess service needs, resolve technical issues efficiently, and ensure each customer receives a high-quality experience. This position requires a strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work independently while maintaining clear communication with your team. Your technical expertise and customer-focused approach will directly contribute to our mission of connecting communities and enhancing lives through dependable internet access.
