In this role as HVAC Service Technician, you’ll provide high-quality service and ensure customers enjoy comfort and reliability. Serving Roanoke, Franklin County, and the Smith Mountain Lake area, your focus will be on residential service while taking on:
- Performing HVAC maintenance and repairs.
- Diagnosing and resolving electrical, mechanical, and control system issues.
- Conducting routine preventative maintenance for peak performance.
- Collaborating with teammates to resolve complex maintenance or repair issues.
- Documenting activities and ensuring customer communication is clear and professional.
- Flexible on call schedule
- 2 years of HVAC experience, with some commercial experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills
- Work references from previous supervisors, managers, or co-workers
- Clean driving record (no more than one violation in the last three years)
- Clean background check and acceptable references
- Pre-employment and random drug testing required
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to enter and exit vehicles safely
- Lift heavy equipment as needed
- Work in various weather conditions while following safety protocols
- Capable of bending, kneeling, climbing stairs, and standing for extended periods

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience: minimum 2 years HVAC service experience
- Skills: Strong communication, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset.
