SERVICE MANAGER

Job Location: On site Rocky Mount, VA
As a Service Manager, you’ll take the lead in driving your team’s success while building an environment of growth and collaboration.
Key responsibilities include:

Streamline Operations: Organize, delegate, and ensure daily tasks run smoothly.

Report Results: Present data-driven insights on team performance and key metrics.

REQUIREMENTS
Trades experience in one of the three trades (Plumbing, Electrical, or HVAC)
3 years of team management experience (with at least 4 reports)
3 years of customer service experience.
Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 and standard software like Word and Excel.
Clean background check and acceptable work/character references.
Pre-employment and random drug testing required.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
High School Diploma or equivalent
Clean driving record
