Your key responsibilities will include: Client Care & Treatment Develop personalized biopsychosocial treatment plans for new clients. Provide SUD and mental health assessments, counseling, and intervention services. Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions. Develop service plans and conduct reviews throughout treatment. Coordination & Collaboration Work closely with clinical and administrative staff to ensure high-quality care. Coordinate with medical and psychiatric providers for comprehensive care. Ensure smooth discharge planning and follow-ups. Compliance & Documentation Maintain thorough documentation according to federal and state guidelines. Participate in annual cultural competency, diversity, and safety training. Community Engagement Represent WisHope at community events, trainings, and meetings. Build and maintain positive relationships with referral sources and partners.Qualifications: Masters degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field. Licensure (LPC-IT, LPC, APSW, LCSW and/or ICS) or working toward licensure preferred. Experience in addiction treatment and mental health care. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
