Stage Manager – National Tour
We're seeking an organized, detail-oriented Stage Manager for the national tour of Curious George and the Golden Meatball.
Responsibilities include:
- Calling a fast-paced 60-minute production with over 400 lighting and sound cues using QLab.
- Maintaining consistency and accuracy of the production at every performance.
- Resetting the stage, props, and scenic elements between performances.
- Present for every load in and load to set props and help with audio set up.
- Creating and distributing daily Rehearsal Reports and Performance Reports using Google Workspace.
- Assisting the Tour Manager with daily company operations and communication.
- Maintaining organized production paperwork and documentation.
- Using Master Tour for scheduling, reporting, and company management.
- Working collaboratively with actors, crew, presenters, and venue staff while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
Qualifications:
- Previous stage management/touring experience preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of QLab.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Google Docs, Sheets, and Drive.
- Experience with Master Tour is preferred (or willingness to learn).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced touring environment and work independently.
