Key Responsibilities
- Creative Direction & Concept Development
Lead creative development for commercial and branded video projects from concept to final delivery.
Collaborate with the Creative Director and Account Team to interpret client briefs and translate them into compelling visual narratives.
Develop treatment decks, shot lists, and visual references for client presentation and internal alignment.
- Directing & Production Supervision
Oversee all phases of film production including pre-production planning, on-set directing, and post-production supervision.
Direct actors, models, and production crews to achieve desired performance, tone, and brand message.
Coordinate closely with cinematographers, lighting technicians, and art directors to ensure visual consistency and high production quality.
- Collaboration & Communication
Partner with Creative, Project Management, and Production teams to align creative vision with schedule and budget constraints.
Provide clear guidance to editors and post-production staff to ensure final videos meet creative and technical standards.
Communicate effectively with clients during production reviews and feedback sessions.
- Quality & Brand Integrity
Ensure all outputs align with brand identity, campaign goals, and Wishare's creative guidelines.
Maintain high standards of visual storytelling and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Film, Advertising, Media Production, or related field preferred.
2–3 years of professional experience in commercial or advertising film direction.
Strong visual sense and understanding of camera, lighting, and editing fundamentalsProven experience leading production teams and managing on-set workflows.
Excellent understanding of advertising narrative structure and brand communication.
Familiarity with current video production technology (camera systems, lighting, post-production tools).
Ability to thrive under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and leadership skills in both creative and technical contexts.
