Key Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, attentive service while taking and serving guest orders.
- Offer informed menu recommendations and highlight daily specials.
- Anticipate guest needs to create an exceptional dining experience.
- Accurately input orders into the POS system and process payments.
- Ensure food and drinks are served efficiently and correctly.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of your section and the overall venue.
- Communicate guest allergies, dietary restrictions, or preferences to the kitchen team.
- Follow all Department of Health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Support the team with opening/closing duties, side work, and restocking.
- Participate in pre-shift meetings and ongoing training sessions
- Completion of company-provided server training required.
- Alcohol Awareness Certification and Food Handler’s Permit required (or ability to obtain).
- Prior experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude with a guest-first focus.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks requiring repetitive motion.
- Comfortable working in a bustling environment with exposure to kitchen elements and cleaning materials.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required.
- $16.50/hour (before tip credit) tips.
