Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Northridge, CA, for a Clinical Supervisor. The Clinical Supervisor will oversee and provide clinical supervision to staff, ensure adherence to the highest standards of care, and assist in developing treatment plans. Key responsibilities include applying psychological principles to support client recovery, managing client cases, supervising therapeutic activities, and guiding a team of clinicians to deliver effective services. The Clinical Supervisor will also collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure individualized client care.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding and application of Psychology principles
- Proven experience with Supervisory Skills and Clinical Supervision
- Proficiency in Case Management and an ability to develop and oversee treatment plans
- Licensed clinician (e.g., LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, Ph.D.)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead and inspire teams, and support professional development of staff
- Experience in addiction and recovery treatment programs is a plus
- Master’s degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
