Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance Salesforce architecture solutions aligned with business objectives
- Lead technical design sessions and translate business requirements into robust Salesforce solutions
- Oversee Salesforce platform configuration, customization, and integration with third-party systems
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Salesforce developers and administrators
- Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices for Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce
- Manage Salesforce org health, data governance, and platform security standards
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive Salesforce roadmap planning and continuous improvement
Requirements:
- 5 years of hands-on Salesforce architecture, development, or administration experience
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect certification preferred
- Deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud
- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and REST/SOAP APIs
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar middleware platforms
- Strong understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Salesforce DX
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
