Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Executive. The person in this role will identify and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare contracting and consulting space, focusing on hospitals, clinics, private businesses, and military/government healthcare facilities. Day-to-day responsibilities include lead generation, prospecting, qualifying opportunities, conducting outreach, and presenting Wisestaff’s services to potential clients. The Business Development Executive will manage and grow client accounts, build long-term relationships with contracting officers and site managers, and collaborate with internal teams to align business development activities with operational capabilities. Additional tasks include maintaining accurate sales pipelines, preparing proposals, contributing to contract negotiations, and providing regular performance and market reports to leadership.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to drive growth and expand Wisestaff’s client base.
- Candidates should possess strong Account Management and client relationship skills to sustain and grow existing contracts.
- Candidates should possess solid Business acumen, including understanding of healthcare staffing, contracting processes, and market dynamics.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for outreach, presentations, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Relevant experience in healthcare staffing, medical contracting, or professional services sales is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and basic productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office or equivalent) is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage priorities, and meet performance targets.
