What you’ll do
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding for employees and contractors, including international contractors.
- Maintain accurate personnel files, contractor records, and HR system data.
- Help administer company policies, employee handbooks, and benefits programs.
- Respond to routine employee relations questions and escalate complex matters to the appropriate HR compliance partner.
- Support job postings, interview scheduling, and other recruiting coordination.
- Track performance review cycles and related documentation.
- Work with leadership and external partners on job descriptions, classification reviews, and policy updates.
- Track required training, certifications, and applicable filing deadlines.
- Keep HR processes organized across a remote workforce and multiple business entities.
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least three years of HR generalist or HR coordinator experience.
- Working knowledge of core employment law concepts, including wage and hour rules, equal employment opportunity, and leave requirements.
- Experience using HR or payroll systems and applicant tracking systems.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and discretion when handling confidential information.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities remotely.
