Primary Duties & Responsibilities
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Read cabinet layouts and measure for add-ons, replacements, and accessories.
- Install, adjust, and repair cabinetry—including trim, moldings, and finishes.
- Walk and grade homes weekly, creating accurate work orders to close jobs.
- Communicate clearly with builders and internal teams on work status and timelines.
- Train new technicians and guide apprentices to become field-ready.
What We’re Looking for:
- High school diploma or GED.
- 2–5 years of cabinet installation or service experience.
- Strong knowledge of cabinetry construction and installation.
- Skilled at reading blueprints, measuring accurately, and making fine adjustments.
- Clear communicator with a “do it right the first time” mindset.
