Your Mission? As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that our facilities remain functional, efficient, and well-maintained. Your ability to troubleshoot, repair, and improve our spaces will support seamless daily operations and enhance the overall work environment.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
What You’ll Be Doing (And Owning Like a Pro):
- Perform repairs, renovations, and maintenance across multiple company locations, including warehouses, offices, and design hubs.
- Carry out carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, and general construction tasks to maintain high standards of appearance and functionality.
- Install, repair, and maintain doors, fixtures, and equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
- Assist with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC system maintenance as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations while proactively identifying and addressing potential facility concerns.
- Manage tools, materials, and inventory to support timely and effective project completion.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and work orders, prioritizing tasks appropriately.
- Implement preventative maintenance strategies to mitigate potential issues and improve long-term facility performance.
Qualifications & Required Skills
What We’re Looking For:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in construction, remodeling, or facility maintenance.
- Proficiency in carpentry, drywall, painting, and flooring, with a strong attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems, with the ability to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs.
- Experience managing multiple locations and handling several projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and results-driven approach.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between locations as needed.
