Job Purpose
Tired of being in a daily grind with no satisfaciton or growth? Are you a Director with Cabinet Systems Operations that make teams and production hum and sing?
We're company, and our operations are getting more complex. That means product engineering and manufacturing systems need to be airtight — no gaps between the floor and the software, no misfires between vision and execution. That’s where you come in.
You'd be here to lead smart people, cut through noise, and turn moving parts into a well-oiled system that delivers every time. Making sure engineering and software aren't bottlenecks — they’re force multipliers.

- Engineering and software strategy, system architecture, and production integrations
- The performance and accountability of senior managers and technical leads
- Real-time connectivity between ERP systems and factory-floor machines
- Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Ops, and Manufacturing to hit business goals
- Every tool, standard, and line of code that impacts production performance
- Engineering output that scales without compromise
- Software that works every time — integrated, secure, and tailored for manufacturing
- A team culture that runs on accountability, growth, and zero excuses
- Clean communication across departments, from dev teams to plant floors
- KPIs tracked, projects delivered, talent developed — and no surprises
Obsessed with solving problems before they become chaos.
Never waiting for permission to fix what’s broken.
Instead of delegating blame, LEAD, BUILD teams that win.
