We’re seeking a motivated, patient-centered Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to help launch our new clinic in Nacogdoches, Texas.

Minimum qualifications
- Current Texas APRN license, or eligibility to obtain
- National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C or FNP-BC)
- Eligibility for Texas prescriptive authority
- DEA license, or ability to obtain
New graduates and candidates without family medicine experience are welcome to apply. Training provided.
Both full-time and part-time positions are available. This position is primarily in office, with some work-from-home flexibility.
Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
