SUPERVISOR: Director of Property Management
PURPOSE: In coordination with the Property Management Department, this position is responsible for organizing and managing the maintenance of commercial property grounds while meeting the needs of tenants and their clients.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid California driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record
- Must demonstrate the ability to work independently on projects with little to no supervision
- Ability to work with a flexible schedule as necessary
- Ability to maintain accurate records of time and materials
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude at all times
- Demonstrates maturity, accountability, patience, sound judgement, enthusiasm, and commitment to service
FUNCTIONS:
· Perform ground clean up to ensure areas are free from litter and debris. Work is generally performed outside in all weather.
· Inspect property grounds for safety hazards and report concerns to Property Management.
· Assist with setup and breakdown of outdoor events as needed.
· Maintain accurate records of work performed through Mobile Maintenance platform
· The job requires physical activity over uneven and inconsistent surfaces
· The job requires routine lifting of objects weighing up to 70 pounds.
· Perform other work as assigned.
