Job Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate individual income tax returns using approved tax preparation software.
• Interview clients and gather the necessary tax documents and financial information.
• Review client information for accuracy and completeness.
• Communicate professionally with clients and respond to questions about the tax preparation process.
• Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive client information.
• Follow IRS guidelines, tax laws, and company policies.
• Assist with client onboarding, document collection, and follow-up.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Participate in training sessions and stay informed about tax law updates.
• Promote tax services and help grow the company's client base.

✅ Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, professional, and self-motivated.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Previous tax preparation experience is a plus, but not required if training is available.
• Must meet applicable IRS requirements for paid tax return preparers.
