Pallet Builder

Schedule:

1st Shift, 6:00AM-2:30PM, Monday-Friday

Job Summary:

The Pallet Assembler is responsible for building high-quality wooden pallets by using a nail gun to securely fasten wooden planks according to production specifications. This position requires previous pallet assembly experience, the ability to safely operate hand and power tools, and the physical strength to lift, carry, and stack completed pallets throughout the workday. The ideal candidate is dependable, works well in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, pays close attention to quality and safety, and is able to work both independently and as part of a team while maintaining consistent productivity.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble wooden pallets by positioning and securing lumber with a nail gun.
• Read and follow pallet specifications to ensure accurate assembly.
• Inspect finished pallets for quality and structural integrity.
• Lift, carry, and stack completed pallets in designated storage areas.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).

Qualifications:

• Previous pallet assembly experience is required.
• Experience operating a nail gun.
• Ability to safely lift and move heavy completed pallets throughout the shift.
• Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
