CNC Machine Operator/Machinist
Key Responsibilities:
· Set up and operate CNC lathe machines to manufacture precision parts according to blueprints and specifications.
· Perform quality checks using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments.
· Adjust machine controls and tool offsets to maintain tolerance and product quality.
· Monitor production runs and adjust as needed to optimize performance.
· Conduct routine machine maintenance and report any mechanical issues or malfunctions.
· Maintain accurate production logs, job travelers, and quality inspection reports.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in machining preferred.
· Must have 3 years of machinist experience
· Must have either Aerospace or Automotive manufacturing experience
· Ability to read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and technical drawings.
· Basic math and measurement skills.
· Reliable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented.
