Wise Staffing agency provides medical staffing to nursing home facilities. We are looking for talented nurses and nurses aids to grow our team. Nurses are responsible to assist physicians, to perform select clinical tests, to administer and documents medication, to prepare clinical and progress notes, to observe, record, report changes in patients' condition, to performs all aspects of patient care in an environment that optimizes patient safety and reduces the likelihood of medical/heath care errors, other duties as assigned. Nurses aids to help resident with their ADLs, report any changes in client's condition or incidents to the nursing supervisor, maintain confidentiality, answer residents calls and take appropriate action etc.
Salary : $22 - $55
