Senior Snowflake Developer (6-Month Contract | Remote)
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Snowflake Developer for a critical 6-month contract opportunity with a possibility of extension. This role is fully Remote, though candidates should ideally be located in the US/Canada time zones for client coordination. The listed location, Johnston, RI, is for client internal purposes.
The ideal candidate will have 8 years of experience with deep expertise in Snowflake development, data migration, and AWS cloud services.

Job Description & Technical Requirements
This role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining complex data solutions and assisting with significant data migration projects utilizing Snowflake and AWS.
Core Experience (8 Years Minimum):
- Snowflake Expertise: Strong working experience with ETL Development using Snowflake tasks and streams and other similar Snowflake tools/utilities.
- SQL Development: Excellent skills in SQL Development, including stored procedures, Views, functions, etc.
- Data Migration: Proven experience working on cloud data migration projects and, specifically, Snowflake migration projects.
- T-SQL: Hands-on proficiency with T-SQL.
- AWS Cloud Services: Experience with AWS cloud-native services such as S3, RDS, EC2, etc.
- AWS Parameter Store: Working knowledge of the AWS parameter store.
- Scheduling/Orchestration: Working knowledge of Autosys.
- Data Architecture: Working knowledge of Data Lake concepts and architecture.
- Enterprise Frameworks: Working knowledge of Enterprise Data Framework skills (EDF/DCC, DCAF).
