Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP SD Functional Analyst to support ongoing SAP Sales & Distribution operations and enhancement activities for a large enterprise environment. The ideal candidate should have strong functional support experience in SAP SD along with exposure to integrations, monitoring, and operational support processes.

This is a hybrid opportunity based in Sunnyvale, CA.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional support for SAP SD processes and related applications.
• Assist with SAP SD configuration analysis and troubleshooting.
• Support IDoc monitoring and interface issue resolution.
• Monitor batch jobs and file upload/download processes.
• Coordinate with technical and business teams for issue resolution.
• Work with APIs and middleware teams for integration support activities.
• Perform basic SQL-based data reconciliation and validation tasks.
• Manage incidents and service requests through ServiceNow/Jira.
• Participate in operational support, defect analysis, and system improvements.

Required Skills

• Experience working as an SAP SD Functional Analyst/support consultant.
• Good understanding of SAP SD processes and configuration awareness.
• Basic SAP ABAP debugging knowledge.
• Experience with IDoc and interface monitoring.
• Knowledge of batch job monitoring and support activities.
• Familiarity with file transfer/upload/download processes.
• API and middleware integration awareness.
• Basic SQL knowledge for reconciliation and troubleshooting.
• Experience with ServiceNow and/or Jira ticketing tools.
• Strong communication and operational support mindset.
